Tomorrow morning, I leave on a journey for the next 5 weeks and travel all over eastern Africa. I am photographing for a non-profit called Wishing Well Africa
This first stop this week is Egypt – I will be staying in Cairo visiting the trash dump and poverty stricken areas of the city with a friend of mine who lives there. I have never been here, but I hear amazing things about the people and culture. Please do keep me in your prayers. I will post as much as I can from

La Chureca Exhibit is coming to Texas again.
This time we will be exhibiting at Common Grounds in Waco, Texas. It will be one night only with art, photography, music and a great place to meet new friends and connect. I hope many of you can make the drive from wherever you are..

I usually don’t advertise for my brothers shows, but this is one that you can’t miss.I am absolutely in love with the coffee shop in Waco called Common Grounds owned and designed by Jill Mashburn. It’s the perfect place to sip a delicious cup of joe and relax in a artistically designed space that creates a creative atmostphere for all types of peoples. The Afters are playing this friday night and it would be great if you come out. -esther
