I just had a wonderful weekend visiting with some of the most incredible photographers in the world at the Southwestern Photojournalism Conference. You can find out more at http://www.swpjc.org If you are an aspiring photojournalist, I encourage you to come next year and learn from these talented storytellers.
I am back in Austin right now, getting over my Jet Lag and packing my bags for Nicaragua. I head out this week to visit “La Chureca ” in Managua. Many of you have seen the images from there at the exhibits that photographer Eric Kelley and I had last year with Love, light and Melody in Texas and Virginia.
