LOCATION CHANGE: please RSVP and view new address .

I’ve gotten many emails in the past year of photographers wanting to grab a cup of coffee and talk about Travel Photography. It is rare that this can actually happen with my schedule. I was approached by Steven Bush recently to speak for an evening and share about what I do. I thought this would be a great way to connect with those who travel and want to know more about photographing overseas. I will be speaking about how photography began for me – to what I do now. I will also speak about my approach to being sensitive to people in other countries, capturing the beauty of each person. If you’re lucky, I might actually bring some of my first photographs ( hopefully they don’t hurt your eyes)
I am encouraging each person attending to bring some of their own photographs from around the world to be critiqued. I hope to see you there !

  1. I legitimately went on priceline to look for affordable airline tickets from CA to TX…ohh, the downfalls of being a college student in another state with a tight schedule and budget. Thanks for making it free though! Really humbling that you’d be so gracious with your experiences and knowledge. I hope it goes well and Genuine Joes makes bank that night!

  2. Consider doing one of these in Nashville next time you are here. I would def. come.

  3. Are you holding another workshop in 2010? I would definitely fly out to attend.
