First few days here in Uganda seeing http://www.charitywater.org project – I am hearing so many stories of families members missing from the LRA abductions. I met a woman yesterday who was abducted by them for 2 weeks and escaped with massive scars all over her body. Her baby died during the ordeal. She spent over 3 years in an IDP camp that had only contaminated River water that people washed, bathed and shared with animals. So many people here have come back to their homes to find that their village water pumps are broken and there is only a small stream or contaminated spring to get their water from. If I were rich enough to have ‘disposable’ income I would buy you’re whole Congo collection and decorate my house with it!
The sky in the second photo down looks so deep. Did you use a special filter to achieve that look?
