South Africa

Here I sit in the Austin airport about to embark on a journey to the very South of Africa. In all of my travels I have yet to his this continent. I have for so long now wanted to go there and capture the life and beauty of this place. I will be shooting for Toms Shoes ( http://www.tomsshoes.com) over the next several weeks as they put 50,000 pairs of shoes children living in poverty. I can only imagine the images that will be captured. I only have a glimpse in my mind of what this will look like. I can’t wait to share with you all the world that I see in my camera! Schedule - Atlanta, Georgia - Dukar, Senegal - Johannesburg, South Africa. We should arrive late Sunday Morning.
